Russia struck a residential neighborhood in Balakliia, Kharkiv Oblast, twice with missiles, injuring three. Russian missiles hit the town's housing sector, setting a two-story building on fire and damaging apartment blocks and private homes, Ukraine's State Emergency Service reported. Three private houses were hit — one destroyed outright, two heavily damaged — and a fire broke out in one of them, said Vitalii Karabanov, head of the Balakliia city military administration. An apartment block already damaged in a morning strike lost more windows when Russia struck again. 📷DSNS
