UAV event in Ukraine on Fri 7th August 2026

On 7 August 2026, Russian forces conducted an unidentified combination of air, drone, and artillery strikes on Kherson, Kherson. During Russian attacks on Zelenivka, Antonivka, Zymivnyk, Stanislav, Oleksandrivka, Sofiivka, Shyroka Balka, Dariivka, Vitrove, Zarichne, Ivanivka, Inhulets, Inhulivka, Mykilske, Lymanets, Poniativka, Tokarivka, Ulianivka, Fedorivka, Chaikyne, Yasna Polyana, Bilozerka, Dniprovske, Tomyna Balka, Beryslav, Rakivka, Urozhaine, Krasnoselske, Nova Kuban, Charivne, Stiike, Bila Krynytsia, Davydiv Brid, Bruskynske, Vysokopillia, Arkhanhelske, Novomykolaivka, Mylove, Respublikanets, Novovorontsovka, Novooleksandrivka, Mykhailivka, Chervone, Vysoke, Burhunka, Lvivskiy Otrubiy, Odradokamianka, and Kherson, 7 apartment buildings, 11 houses, a church, a shop, a hairdresser salon, a gas station, and an outbuilding were damaged. During these attacks, 32 civilians were injured, including a child, and two were killed (1 coded to Nova Kuban, 1 fatality coded to this location due to unspecified location). A man injured in Kherson works for the regional military administration. A firetruck was targeted in Kherson. Power outages occurred. In Kherson, four medical workers were wounded in a drone strike on a hospital.
