Around 18 August 2021 (as reported), in Pin Pong village (Pinlaung Township, Pa-O Self-Administered Zone, Shan-South), the Pin Pong-based Myanmar military and PNO fired artillery shells towards villages. Some houses were destroyed. Afterwards, villagers from villages around the Pin Pong fled.
