On 3 August 2026, in Loet Shar village (coded as Ye) (Ye township, Mawlamyine district, Mon state), the Myanmar military stationed in Ye Ta Khun Ywar Thit village fired 122mm artillery rounds into the village at about 10:45 pm, damaging two houses and 55 betel nut trees. Casualties unknown.
