Syria: aftermath of the failed #ISIS attack last night in S. Zeinab district of #Damascus. The 2 members were caught red-handed by a Security patrol while placing 2 IEDs along a road leading to a Government facility. They opened fire on the patrol & were both killed. The IEDs are a different model from the one neutralized in Qudsaya suburb last month, highlighting the complex security threat - with multiple active cells - facing Greater Damascus since last Spring.
