In Karenni State, Pruso Township, the military dictatorship's forces bombed with drones for three consecutive days, killing one young child and leaving local residents living in fear.

From August 5 to August 7, the military junta launched drone bomb attacks on villages and farms in the eastern and western parts of Pruso Township, resulting in human casualties, according to local sources.

Around 12:00 PM on August 7, a bomb dropped on a farm in the eastern part of Pruso Township injured a local man in his 30s in the waist, arm, and leg.

A displaced local resident said, "It happened while plowing the upland field. Shrapnel hit the back and arms. The leg was also hit."

Prior to that, on August 5, an attack was launched on an area where peanut farmers were located in eastern Pruso Township. On August 6, a drone bombed a village in the western part, killing an infant child, local residents said.

Due to these consecutive three-day drone bomb attacks, local residents working on the farms are worried about their security and have become hesitant to continue working.

The military dictatorship's forces have controlled the Demoso-Pruso-Bawlakhe main highway since February and have been launching attacks on Pruso Township using artillery and drones like this.
