Satellite imagery of the "anti-Starlink" Volna Kupol Garant electronic-warfare complex which was destroyed in Gelendzhik today. What makes this strike interesting is the location. Similar complexes have previously been destroyed on occupied Ukrainian territory, but this one was deployed on Russia’s mainland, on the Black Sea coast.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed a Russian Volna Kupol Garant electronic warfare (EW) system in Gelendzhik, as evidenced by satellite imagery of military unit No. 2156 dated August 7.

The Volna Kupol Garant is a Russian EW system designed to disrupt Starlink satellite communications. The system generates directed radio interference toward the satellite, preventing it from receiving signals from ground-based Starlink terminals.

This is already the third destruction of this system documented in open sources.
