A civilian was killed and two others were injured when the terrorist military launched airstrikes on villages in Khin-U and Wetlet townships, Sagaing Region, local residents told Khit Thit Media.

On July 30 at around 3:00 PM, a jet fighter taking off from the terrorist military's Tada-U Airforce Base dropped three bombs near and inside Hta Naung Kaing Lay Village in Khin-U Township.

During the bombing raid, an explosive detonated in a field near the village, killing U Maung Maung, a man in his 50s who was herding cattle in his farmland. Another bomb landing inside the village injured a local woman.
