Two police officers killed, two injured in attack in front of Pyay Police Station Magway, July 29

The Thayet District No. 2 Battalion announced today that members of the armed forces under the terrorist group were randomly attacked and shot at while collecting money in front of the Pyalo Police Station in Aung Lan Township, Magway Region, causing injuries and deaths. The Pyay district is located along the Pyay-Aung Lan road and the Ayeyarwady River. Yesterday (July), revolutionary comrades opened fire on police officers who were collecting money in front of the Pyin Oo Lwin Police Station. In the shooting, a police officer guarding the front of the station was killed on the spot, three police officers inside the station were injured, and another police officer died on the way to the hospital, according to the Thayet District 2 Battalion.

The Thayet District No. 2 Battalion has issued a statement today, warning people not to travel or live near residential buildings, camps, and small vehicles belonging to the terrorist army. On July 28, soldiers from the 2nd Battalion of Thayet District planted a mine on a vehicle carrying eight soldiers of the terrorist army, Captain Htet Lin Ngai, between Natmauk Gate and Than Tada. This attack was carried out by the Bravo Fire Team of the 2nd Battalion of Thayet District.
