A Russian strike on a residential neighborhood in Mykolaiv, southern Ukraine, killed an 89-year-old woman and injured seven people, including two girls aged 2 and 12. The attack destroyed two private homes, damaged seven more, and sparked a fire that firefighters later extinguished. Nearby apartment buildings and a car were also damaged.
