On 28 July 2026, in Nyaung-U town (Nyaung-U township, Nyaung-U district, Mandalay region), a combined force of the No More Dictatorship People's Defense Force, the Infinity (Upland) Group, the Justice Brothers Force, the Sar Taung Thunder People's Defense Force, the People's Defense Force - Nyaung-U District Battalion-5 and People's Security Force - Taungtha fired 107mm rockets into the Nyaung-U airport where Mi-35 jets and gyrocopters of the Myanmar military were stationed at around 10:30 pm. Casualties unknown.
