Local residents told Yangon Times that the military has carried out at least 20 airstrikes in the vicinity of Thinma and Jyotkone villages in Myaing Township, Magway Region, where the terrorist army is present.

On July 26, from 11:30 p.m. to approximately 12:00 a.m., a Y-12 aircraft from the Tada U Air Force conducted 10 more airstrikes near Thinma and Jyot Kone villages in Myaing Township.

Similarly, on July 27, between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., a Y-12 aircraft from Tada U Air Force dropped bombs at least 9 times, and at around 9:40 a.m., a Mi-35 attack helicopter from Nyaung U Airport carried out at least 5 more airstrikes.

The military column is still stationed in Thinma and Jyotkone villages, and the details of the damage caused by the two consecutive days of airstrikes are not yet known. The column is also reportedly firing artillery shells at nearby villages.

"Right now, airstrikes are continuing around the village where the military dog ​​line is located, and people are still taking shelter. We don't know where the military dog ​​line will go next. It's still quiet," said a local resident.

The military column, which began its advance in Myaing Township and Pauk Township on June 23, has killed nearly 30 civilians in the villages of Tha Si, Nhen Si Kan, Meik Thila, Wet Put, Kon Ywa, Ta Sha Pin, Kan Net, Myin Ko Thit, Kaing Taw Ma, Wharin Chai, Kon Lap, Baw Tong and Than Chaung, and is killing all those it encounters.

On July 22, it also burned down public houses in Thin Ma Village and fired artillery at Wet Po Village, killing two civilians, according to local residents. In addition, the military also carried out airstrikes on villages in the southwestern part of Kanbalu Township, Sagaing Region, at around 7:12 p.m. on July 26 using fighter jets from the Tada U Air Force. It is not yet possible to confirm whether civilians were harmed in the airstrike, but it is reported that some villages are fleeing due to fear of further airstrikes.
