Russian strike on Odesa Oblast destroys house and injures man.

One person was injured and a house was destroyed in a Russian strike on Odesa Oblast on the afternoon of 31 July.

Quote: "The enemy attacked Odesa Oblast again. The latest attack hit a residential area: one house was destroyed and six others were damaged. Sadly, an 84-year-old man was injured."

Details: Kiper added that outbuildings had also caught fire as a result of the strike, and a fire had broken out on the territory of a defunct business.

"The fires were promptly extinguished by firefighters. All relevant services are working at the scene," Kiper concluded.
