🟢 Junta Bombs Moe Biin Township, Causing Casualties

According to ground sources, the junta's air force attacked with jet fighters over the KIA-controlled northern Shan State towns of Moe Hkae and Bha Hke, causing casualties. The airstrikes were carried out around 4 PM today, July 30, on Bahai village, located between Moe Myt Township's Myaik Su village and Mabyein town, and near the police station in Mabyein town.

“In Bha Hla, a jet dropped one bomb. In Mabain town, it landed near the old police station. One child was seriously injured. The other three were only slightly hurt.” a source familiar with the situation on the ground told Golden Land. He added that the extent of the damage from the bombing in Bahai village is not yet known. On July 28, the military bombed Mabyein town with fighter jets, resulting in at least 10 casualties. The situation is still under investigation by Shwe Pyi Myay. Myanmar was captured by KIA and allied forces in January 2024, and Myitkyina Township is included among the townships where the military has declared martial law.
