On 31 July 2021, National Resistance forces shelled Houthi positions in Al Hudaydah - Kilu 16 front (Ad Durayhimi) and Al Hudaydah - Madinat al Salah front (Al Hali) after Houthi forces attempted to establish new locations on the fronts. The strikes resulted in the bombing of an artillery position and machine guns as well as several Houthi fatalities. Unclear number of fatalities coded as 10 and split up between two locations.
