Unknown event in Yemen on Fri 24th July 2026

On 24 July 2026, Saudi forces (coded under ORH) conducted 3-4 strikes targeting Houthi military positions and weapon depots in Al Hudaydah - Port and the near by Telecommunication infrastructure (Al Hali, Al Hudaydah), 5 strikes in Al katib (coded separately), unspecified number of strikes in Kamaran Island (coded separately), and unspecified number of strikes in other areas in Al Hudaydah governorate (coded to governorate capital Al Hudaydah). The strikes in Kamaran resulted in the injury of 1 woman, while the strike at the telecom infrastructure resulting in the injury of 1 worker. The reason behind the strikes was in response to the Houthi attacks on Saudi vessels in the Red Sea. One source claimed the jets belonged to the IRG instead. No fatalities.
