On 18 July 2026, morning and afternoon, Kuwaiti army forces intercepted an unspecified number of missiles and drones launched by Iranian forces (coded IRGC by default) targeting several locations in Kuwait (coded to Kuwait City) (Al Asimah). Shrapnel and debris fell in unspecified residential areas, causing material damages and fires to three different locations, but there were no casualties. The IRGC claimed to have targeted US military objectives at the Ali Al Salem Air Base, Camp Buehring, Camp Arifjan, Al Ahmadi Port area (coded as separate events).
