On 12 July 2026, morning, IRGC forces launched an unspecified number of ballistic missiles that directly impacted the US-hosting at Al Udeid Air Base (Ar Rayyan). Qatari forces intercepted at least some of the missiles, with shrapnel from the interceptions causing injuries across Qatar (coded separately). The IRGC claiming that it destroyed a US fighter plane maintenance center and command-and-control center at the base. No independent sources corroborated the claim.
