Thirty-five Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), suspected to be planted by Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) to target Security Forces (SFs), were found in the Kuchai Police outpost limits in Seraikela-Kharsawan District of Jharkhand on September 2, reportsdevdiscourse.com. Superintendent of Police (SP), Anand Prakash said, acting on a tip-off, the SFs recovered the IEDs from villages between Rugrudi and Dodarda in the Kuchai Police outpost area on September 2, adding that each IED weighed about four-five kilograms. Later, the IEDs were defused by the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) safely.
