A People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK) militant identified as Yumkhaibam Lukhoi was arrested from Yairipok Thambalnu Keithel area in Imphal East District of Manipur on August 27, reports E Pao. During a frisking and checking operation, the militant was nabbed along with a 9mm pistol along with five live bullets. Lukhoi who had joined the outfit in 2017 was currently working under self-styled ‘second lieutenant’ Paikhomba of the outfit.
