A mobile phone-triggered explosive device was seized after police stopped two suspects allegedly preparing an assassination attempt against a 56-year-old man. One suspect was arrested while the other fled and was declared wanted. Investigators found a photograph of the intended target on one suspect's mobile phone. The investigation is ongoing.
