The Police arrested two Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) militants during an intelligence-based operation in Ibrahim Hyderi area of Karachi, the provincial capital of Sindh, on August 24, reports ARY News. Two hand grenades were recovered from their possession. According to Police, the arrested militants have been native of South Waziristan and returned from Afghanistan after getting training of sabotage and terrorism. The father and two brothers of arrested suspect Naimatullah were also affiliated with the TTP, Police added. “One of his brothers, Barkatullah has been arrested, while another brother Amanullah was killed in a police encounter in year 2014,” officials said. “Arrested terrorist had killed a man Mehtab, suspecting him an informer of the Police,” Police added further.
