SAA event in Lebanon on Tue 21st July 2026

An army unit at the Majdaloun-Baalbek checkpoint arrested (H.M.), wanted for several crimes, including shooting at a soldier and driving a vehicle with forged license plates. Weapons and ammunition were found in his possession. Following surveillance operations, another unit in Sidon arrested (A.A.) and (A.M.) for a previous armed robbery of a shop in the city. Additionally, another unit raided the homes of wanted individuals in the town of Minieh-Dinnieh and arrested (H.G.) for possessing weapons. Weapons, ammunition, and military equipment were seized from him. The seized items were handed over to the relevant authorities, and an investigation was launched under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
