Air Delivered event in Myaing Township, Wagan area, Myanmar on Wed 15th July 2026

In recent days, fighting has erupted between KIA joint forces and the military in the Khainglanphu area, with the KIA joint forces capturing at least three military camps. 

Similarly, the terrorist military also bombed the area around a civilian settlement in Wa Kan village, Myaing Township, Magwe Region, with aircraft, damaging several homes, according to the Anya Myay civil society organisation. -Saw Kyae, from the -Mying group, told the Yangon New Era news agency.

Yesterday, 15th July, in the afternoon, one fighter jet from the Taungup airbase, one from the Myeik airbase and a MiG from the Pyawbwe airbase took off. -35 attack helicopters, without any combat, bombed the area near Wa Kan village in the north-eastern part of Myaing Township, It was reported that some homes were damaged during the attack, but no civilians were injured.

"There was an airstrike on the Wa Kan village area in Myaing Township. A fighter jet dropped two bombs, while the Mi-35 helicopter carried out machine-gun and rocket attacks. So far, we have not heard of any civilians being injured.  Some homes have been damaged," said U Ze, from the Anya Myay Civil Society Organisation-Myaing.

Revolutionary news sources say that across Myanmar, the brutal military has been stepping up its airstrikes in recent days.
