Rocket event in Lebanon on Sun 12th July 2026

Following a series of surveillance and security operations by the Directorate of Military Intelligence, raids were conducted on the homes of wanted individuals in several areas, resulting in the arrest of two people: • Lebanese citizen (A.H.) in the Zahle area for belonging to a theft gang and for stealing the contents of several homes. • Syrian national (M.A.) for failing to comply with patrol officers during a raid in the town of Hortaala, Baalbek, during which a large quantity of drugs, weapons, and ammunition was seized. • A stolen vehicle was recovered in the Sannine area of ​​Metn. The seized items were handed over to the relevant authorities, and the two detainees are being interrogated under the supervision of the competent judiciary. Efforts are underway to apprehend the remaining wanted individuals.
