UAV event in Ukraine on Thu 9th July 2026

On 9 July 2026, Russian forces conducted an unidentified combination of air, drone, and artillery strikes on Kherson, Kherson. During attacks on Rakivka, Novomykolaivka, Urozhaine, Vysuntsi, Zelenivka, Novoraisk, Tomyna Balka, Stanislav, Bilozerka, Antonivka, Shevchenkivka, Dudchany, Kachkarivka, Zolota Balka, Charivne, Krasnoselske, Kostyrka, Inhulets, Kizomys, Beryslav, Novovorontsovka, Vysoke, Oleksandrivka, Shyroka Balka, Sofiivka, Dniprovske, Novodmytrivka, Rozlyv, Romashkove, Doslidne, Nadezhdivka, Veletenske, Burhunka, Ivanivka, Komyshany, Mykilske, Mylove, Molodizhne, Naddnipryanske, Osokorivka, Sadove, Tokarivka, Tiahynka, and Kherson, 14 houses and a cell tower were damaged. 34 civilians were injured, at least 14 of which were in Kherson and which included two doctors and their driver after an attack on an ambulance, and three were killed, at least two of which were in Kherson, during these attacks.
