One child, identified as Veer Singh (2), was killed and six civilians were injured, after militants lobbed a grenade at the residence of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader, Balbir Singh at Khandli bridge Chowk in Rajouri town of Rajouri District of J&K on August 12, reports Daily Excelsior. The injured were rushed to the Government Medical College (GMC) Rajouri where two-year-old Veer Singh succumbed to the injuries.
