On Monday morning, Russian invaders attacked the village of Novovorntsovka, Kherson region, with artillery, resulting in the death of a 98-year-old woman.

"Verbatim : According to the investigation, on July 13, 2026, at about 05:00, the Russian military carried out an artillery shelling of the village of Novovorontsovka in the Berislavsky district."

Details : A 68-year-old woman was reportedly killed in the impact.

A pre-trial investigation has been initiated into the fact of committing a war crime that caused the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the MVA, over the past day, 4 settlements of the Kherson community were subjected to enemy attacks.

In particular, private and multi-story buildings, a medical facility, civilian vehicles, and public transport were damaged.
