According to the Air Operations Service of the National Army, at 1:03 a.m. on the night of July 13, a flying object was detected and subsequently exploded in the area of the village of Copanca, Căușeni District. Preliminary reports indicate that the Gheran 2 (Shahed 136) unmanned aerial vehicle flew over the airspace of the Republic of Moldova following airstrikes by the Russian Federation on the Odessa region of Ukraine. Teams of specialists from the relevant agencies are currently on the scene.
