SAA event in Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, Mostar area, Bosnia and Herzegovina on Wed 24th June 2026

A stray bullet struck a parked passenger vehicle, damaging it. No injuries were reported. The incident occurred on the night of a football match during which celebratory gunfire was reportedly heard in parts of the city. Police conducted a crime scene investigation and launched an inquiry to determine the origin of the bullet and identify those responsible. The type of firearm has not been officially confirmed, although media reports suggested the projectile may have been fired from an M57 pistol.
