On June 29, Security Forces (SFs) recovered a cache of arms, ammunition and war-like stores concealed among the biomass (Phumdi) of Loktak Lake near the Phubala Patton area under Moirang Police Station in Bishnupur District, reports Manipur Police on X. The recovered items included one Rocket-Propelled Grenade (RPG) launcher, two .32 pistols with two magazines, two hand grenades, two Lathode bombs, two RPG grenades, one improvised mortar shell, one artillery shell, 15 rounds of ammunition of different calibres, one detonator, one .303 Light Machine Gun (LMG) magazine, one Self-Loading Rifle (SLR) magazine, three tube launchers, three bulletproof (BP) helmets and one BP cover.
