A convoy of Security Forces (SFs) came under attack by unidentified armed men, suspected to be Baloch insurgents, in the Sechi area of Washuk District in Balochistan on July 9, reports The Balochistan Post. A three-vehicle convoy was first targeted with an improvised explosive device (IED) blast, after which armed men reportedly opened fire. The attack resulted in casualties, although the number of those killed or injured could not be independently confirmed.
