A bridge located along the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) route was damaged in an explosive attack carried out by unidentified terrorists in the Syedgi area of Baka Khel in Bannu District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on July 7, reports The Khyber Chronicle. According to initial reports, the attackers targeted the bridge using explosive material, causing significant damage to the infrastructure which disrupted movement along the route.
