Over the past 24 hours in #Sumy_region, #StateEmergencyService_explosiveordnancedisposal experts have destroyed 33 explosive devices💣

On 13 April, in the #Sumy_region, explosive ordnance disposal experts from the Interregional Rapid Response Centre of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (Romny) identified, seized and transported 33 explosive devices to a sorting site for destruction, including signal flares, smoke grenades and anti-personnel mines, anti-tank shells, rocket projectiles and projectiles for multiple launch rocket systems, hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers and artillery shells of various calibres. The dangerous finds were discovered in the Konotop, Romny and Trostyanets districts, as well as in the city of Trostyanets and the city of Sumy in the Sumy district.

The emergency services urge members of the public to strictly follow the rules when such items are found, namely: under no circumstances should they be touched, moved or dismantled; do not use any means of communication, move away from the site along the same route you came by to a distance of at least 100 metres, and contact the emergency services on 101 or 102.
