Bomb (Air Delivered) event in Kharkiv, Shevchenkivs'kyi District area, Ukraine on Tue 7th July 2026

On Tuesday afternoon, Russian invaders attacked Kharkiv with KABs, resulting in one person being killed and 20 others injured, including 4 children.

Updated . Terekhov reported that one person was killed and six others were injured as a result of the Russian strike on the Shevchenkivskyi district. There are burned cars and damaged houses.

At 4:19 p.m., the mayor reported that the number of victims had increased to twenty people, four of whom were children.

The head of the Kharkiv OVA, Oleg Synegubov, reported that a 54-year-old man was killed. "The impact was recorded in the roadway. The blast wave damaged the glazing of the adjacent building and parked cars," he said.

Sinegubov also noted that among the injured children, a 12-year-old boy who suffered explosive injuries required medical attention.

According to the State Emergency Service, medical and educational institutions, a gas station, residential and warehouse buildings were damaged at the scene of the impact in the Shevchenkivskyi district. In addition, cars and dry grass in an open area were burning.

Rescuers extinguished the fires.
