On 28 June 2026, in Salingyi township (Yinmarbin district, Sagaing region), the Myanmar military launched airstrikes on a camp of the People's Defense Force - Yinmarbin District using two fighter jets at 6:50 pm. The airstrikes followed the arrest of some members of the group near Chaung Ma village in Kani township (coded separately). Casualties unknown.
