Ukraine’s General Staff confirms strikes hit the St. Petersburg oil terminal and Kronstadt basing point in Leningrad region overnight on July 4, causing fires at both sites. It says the terminal handles 12.5M tonnes of oil products per year and supports Russia’s occupying army, while Kronstadt is a key Baltic Fleet base.
