NEW DELHI: Two terrorists have been neutralised in an encounter in the Dachigam forest area of Pulwama, J&K. One of the slain terrorists has been identified as a Pakistani affiliated to the proscribed outfit Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), and a relative of JeM chief Masood Azhar. His name also figured in NIA's chargesheet in the Lethpora attack case.
