#Iraq: #ISIS carried an attack on #Baiji Oil Refinery in #Saladin/Salah al-Din. The attack seems to be carried out with a 122mm 9M22U-pattern rocket. Also the militants appear to be armed with an AKS-74U Carbine and M16A4 rifle.
