On 23 June 2026, near Mindat town (Mindat township, Mindat district, Chin state), the Myanmar military conducted airstrikes using two jet fighters from Aye Lar airbase and dropped 8 bombs around 2:00 pm. The Myanmar military also conducted another airstrike with a Y-12 aircraft from the Tada-U airbase and dropped over 30 bombs in the eastern part of Mindat township in the afternoon. Casualties unknown.
