On 22 June 2026, in Bilin township (Thaton district, Mon state), the Myanmar military conducted airstrikes and dropped bombs with an airplane at gold mining sites in Baw Paw Htar village, Kha Lel Saw Law village and Wa Ka Taing village from 12 pm to 4 pm. A gold mine worker was killed and five were injured. 1 fatality.
