On 25 June 2026, around 6:00 pm Muscat time, suspected IRGC forces launched 1 drone that directly impacted the starboard side of the Ever Lovely container ship (IMO: 9629110) in the Strait of Hormuz 7.5 nm southeast of Dahit (coded to Coast of Dahit) (Musandam, Khasab). The attack caused damage to the command bridge of the vessel, but there were no casualties among the 21 crew members. The vessel has since completed its transit through the Strait of Hormuz.
