On 20 June 2026, suspected TTP militants detonated two IEDs targeting civilian vehicles carrying Hathikhel tribal members in Phang Musa Khel area of Domail tehsil (Bannu, KPK). A passenger Datsun vehicle travelling towards Domel was first targeted, killing five civilians and injuring three others. A second vehicle carrying victims from the first blast to hospital was targeted approximately one kilometre away, killing two more civilians. The exact motive behind the attack remains unclear. Total 7 fatalities and 3 injured.
