On the morning of June 30, the Russian army attacked a civilian infrastructure facility in Sumy with KABs . Explosions in the city occurred at around 9:30 a.m. There are injuries.

Update as of 19:00: Five people remain in the hospital who were injured by guided bombs . This was reported to Suspilny by emergency doctor on duty Larysa Kostrova. Four men aged 34, 45, 46 and 59 and one 56-year-old woman are being treated in hospital. The 34-year-old man is in the most serious condition.

"He was taken to the hospital with an explosive injury and an explosive fracture of the tibia. The patient is currently in the operating room. Then he will be transferred to a specialized department for further stabilization of his condition. Most of the victims were hospitalized with mine-explosive and shrapnel wounds, soft tissue injuries, bone fractures, acubarotraumas, and acute stress reaction. All victims are provided with free medical care. The hospital is fully equipped with the necessary medicines and materials for treating patients," the doctor said.

Update as of 3:00 p.m.: 12 civilians have sought help. Five of the wounded are in hospitals. They are a woman and four men, and they are under medical supervision. The rest are being treated on an outpatient basis, said Oleg Grigorov, head of the OVA.

Update as of 12:30 p.m.: Rescuers found two people on the top floor of the damaged building.

"The most difficult situation was with a woman who was trapped by large concrete slabs," the Sumy Region State Emergency Service wrote .
