Clashes have broken out again between the military junta troops and revolutionary allied coalition forces near Min Lat Pan Village in Myawaddy Township on the Thai-Myanmar border, causing local residents to fear that the fighting will intensify once more.

According to a resident of Min Lat Pan, the shootings in Min Lat Pan resumed within the past week, and heavy artillery fire could still be heard until around 3:00 PM today (June 27).
