Details : According to Fedorov, on the morning of June 28, the Russians struck the regional center with guided aerial bombs.
Initially, two people were reported injured, but later it became known that a child was among the injured. As of 1:25 p.m., the number of injured had increased to 11.
Three men, six women, and two children — a 5-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl — required medical attention.
Destruction and fire were recorded in the city. The consequences of the attack are being clarified.
