On June 23, Tamadon TV announced that its broadcasts have been suspended following a raid by Taliban fighters on its central office in Kabul, reports Hasht-e Subh. The statement posted on Facebook said that Taliban fighters stormed the media outlet’s headquarters as the mourning period for Tasu’a and Ashura of Imam Hussein was approaching. However, the Taliban have not issued any official statement on the incident.
