A Doctor and another civilian sustained injuries in a shooting incident in Kalat town (Kalat District) of Balochistan on June 22, reports The Khyber Chronicles. Local sources attributed the firing to armed elements linked to the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA). According to initial reports, Dr. Zarak, a young medical professional, was among those wounded when unidentified armed assailants opened fire near Kalat.
