At least five Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) cadres were killed during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Dalbandin area of Chagai District in Balochistan on June 22, reports The Khyber Chronicles. Security Forces (SFs) launched the operation after receiving credible intelligence regarding the presence and movement of BLA cadres in the area. As SFs closed in on the suspected hideout, the cadres reportedly opened fire, triggering an intense exchange of gunfire. During the operation, five BLA cadres were neutralized. SF personnel also recovered weapons, ammunition, communication equipment, and other materials from the possession of slain cadres.
