On June 18, Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) seized a vehicle carrying ration supplies raising concerns among local residents about the safety of essential supply routes in the region in the Baka Khel area of Bannu District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, reports The Khyber Chronicle. According to locals, armed terrorists intercepted the vehicle while it was transporting food and other daily-use items before taking control of both the vehicle and its cargo. Details regarding the driver and the exact quantity of supplies seized were not immediately available.
